Oral Presentations †

All the oral sessions will take place in the Centennial Hall, International Conference Hall III, and Conference Hall III, which are located in the Clock Tower Centennial Hall at Main Campus (Yoshida Campus) of Kyoto University. Each oral session hall is equipped with a LCD projector and a PC switcher with several port connections. All the presenters are requested to bring own PCs and connect them to the switcher during the break before the respective session.

The time allotted to each oral presentation will be:

• Plenary talks : 40 min. (including 5 min. discussion)
• Invited talks : 30 min. (including 5 min. discussion)
• Contributed papers : 15 min. (including 3 min. discussion)

Poster Presentations †

Poster sessions are scheduled in Monday afternoon, Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning. Posters will be displayed in the International Conference Hall I. Usable space on each poster board is

The poster boards are consecutively numbered. Presenters are requested to put their posters on the panel with the allotted number given in the poster session part of the program. Please display the paper title, author names, and affiliations on the poster.

All presenters are also requested to display their posters during the conference. They should display their poster upon arrival. The program committee will responsibly dispose posters which are left after the close of the conference.
